All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by ViCash or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
ViCash provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of interest paid on your most recent loan.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct. Upon termination, any outstanding loan balances become immediately due and payable.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team, provided all outstanding loans have been fully repaid.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
